For custom-branded orders, we have a minimum spend of $300. We also have a 120 pc minimum order quantity if you want us to customize the bonbons themselves (i.e. custom bonbon colours, as opposed to custom box sleeves).

We design a printed sleeve that wraps your box, typically featuring your logo, brand colours, and any messaging or occasion copy you'd like. We can also print flavour legends on the outside of the sleeve or include them on a separate insert.

• Standard (semigloss) — full-colour print, our default
• Soft touch (matte) — premium tactile finish
• Gold or silver foil stamping — automatically comes with a soft touch coating underneath
• Jetvarn — a raised spot-gloss effect that can layer over any colour

Either works. If you give us your logo plus some artistic direction, we'll design the sleeve for you (one-time $65 design fee). If you have an in-house designer, we'll send you our sleeve template and dieline so they can build the artwork to spec.

We always send a print-ready PDF for your approval before anything goes to production.

Yes, at quantities of 120+ pieces, we can customize the bonbons in up to two of your brand colours/flavours. Below that quantity we recommend choosing from our existing classic and seasonal lineup, which gives you a beautifully varied assortment in your branded box.

Standard custom orders: 2 weeks from artwork approval. That's enough time for us to print sleeves, produce the chocolates, and pack everything up.

If you only need a custom sleeve (not custom chocolates inside), we can sometimes turn it around faster. If you're customizing the bonbons themselves, we'll need a little more runway.

During the holidays (Nov-Dec): The holiday season is bananas for us. For larger or more complex holiday orders, please plan for at least 1 month of lead time, locking in volumes and custom artwork a month in advance, with finalized recipient lists 3 weeks before send date.

Yes, our Build-A-Box page has a filter that lets you sort by dietary need. We currently have:

Yes we ship across North America. Our standard shipping rates:

• Toronto / GTA (local courier): $15 + HST

• Ontario & Quebec: $20 + HST

Naturally. Once we've mocked up your sleeve design, we can produce a single sample box with your branded sleeve and a fan-favourite flavour assortment so you can see and taste the finished product before committing to the full run.
