We dug deep into our seasonal repertoire (who remembers Pear Jasmine? Apricot Almond??) to round out this collection of seasonal favourites and whimsical new flavours. 🪺 Malted Mini Egg Chocolatey ovaltine ganache and a malted mini egg-studded crunch layer. How many mini eggs can you fit in one bon bon?
🍐 Pear Jasmine Spiced pear gel and white chocolate ganache gently infused with jasmine tea.
🥥 Coconut Crème Caramel Silky smooth custard, toasted coconut, and marshmallow intermingle for an entire crème caramel in a bon bon.
🐰 Rice Krispie Bunnie A one-bite, deconstructed version a rice krispie square: marshmallow, crunchy rice Krispie, and a dollop of caramelized burnt butter ganache.
🥕 Carrot Cake Spiced carrot ganache (with a touch of tangy cream cheese!) and carrot cake batter loaded with toasted coconut, pecans, and a perfectly balanced spice mix.
