Greater Toronto Area: $15 flat rate, next-day courier. 7 days a week. Select your desired delivery date at checkout.
Rest of Canada: $25 flat rate, 2-4 days, shipped every Mon & Weds.

Frequently Asked Delivery Questions
Yes we do! However our chocolate is vulnerable to melting when sitting in the heat so we don't ship from June through September.
It also means we only ship out Mon-Weds to minimize the time your package sits in the postal system. Once shipped, packages typically arrive within 4-5 business days. US customs have become very strict since COVID; clearing customs can sometimes take a day or two. Eg. If you place an order on Thurs, it will be shipped out on Mon, and arrive by Thurs or Fri.

Yes you can! Pick-up is free, and your order will be available next business day. Our shop is located in Toronto at 824 St. Clair Ave West. If you absolutely need your order today, our shop carries all of our in-stock flavours and is open 7 days a week from 8am to 5pm.

Local Courier Delivery (GTA): we deliver Monday to Saturday. There are no deliveries on Sundays and we do not deliver on public holidays.
Canada/US Shipping: we only ship out Mon-Weds to minimize the time your package sits in the postal system. Depending on your location, packages typically arrive within 2-5 business days. Eg. If you place an order on Thurs, it will be shipped out on Mon, and arrive by Thurs or Fri.
You cannot request delivery at a specific time. You can choose a date, but we're not able to support specific delivery times.
We don't ship June through September because our bon bons are vulnerable to melting in the heat. Insulated packaging with ice packs are an option, but they’re cost-prohibitive unless you’re placing a larger order. Getting your chocolate to you undamaged and in a timely fashion is our top priority. We know that the first moment when you open your box of chocolates is everything, and if they show up as a melted pile of goo the experience is ruined. We choose to optimize for speed and proper handling. Since we’re dealing with a delicate product, getting your chocolate to you undamaged and in a timely fashion is our top priority. We know that the first moment when you open your box of chocolates is everything, and if they show up as a melted pile of goo the experience is ruined. That’s why we offer a delivery guarantee: if your product arrives damaged, we will ship you a replacement at no extra cost.
