We guarantee that your chocolates will arrive in perfect condition. If they arrive damaged or compromised, or you received the wrong item, we will re-ship your order at no extra cost. Contact us at hello@chocolatdekat.com and attach a picture of your damaged product, and we’ll get a new batch out to you right away!
